“Tip”ping the Scale

I was obese for the majority of my adulthood.  As my journey with weight loss began, I found myself weighing in every other day or so.  I found this very discouraging.  Especially if you are extremely large, your body weight can fluctuate greatly from day to day.  I try to only weigh myself once a week, every Sunday morning before I eat or drink anything.  This gives me the most accurate idea of what weight i am.  I use the Wii Fit!  It holds all of my information so that I don’t have to write anything down or remember any numbers.  It displays both my weight and my BMI, and shows where I am supposed to be.  There is also the option to set goals and actually workout with the Wii.
